Founded by Oksana Koval, the consultancy brings a fresh perspective focusing on building teams and managing businesses in todays dynamic environment.
Oksana is a People Leader with extensive executive experience in scaling fast-growth VC-backed start-ups. Committed to creating a fantastic workplace culture, engaging teams, and building resilient businesses.
Having a unique blend of Entrepreneurial Background and many years of Operations and HR expertise, she brings a wealth of knowledge.
Prior to founding Koval HR, Oksana held key leadership roles, including being a co-founder of an international technology company, where she spearheaded the people and operations functions, playing a pivotal role in guiding the operations of the business, workplace culture, team engagement, and productivity.
In addition to hands on industry experience, Oksana is also a formally trained social anthropologist. She is skilled at studying people in their environment, documenting their behaviours, attitudes and interactions to identify recurring patterns or ”themes”.
She is able to effectively capture unspoken sentiments about the conditions influencing behaviour, in order to drive change initiatives effectively.
